A group of 30 students together with UAM-CUSE staff and professors went last weekend to Somoto’s Canyon. Students walked among luscious forest, swam in the Coco river, and enjoyed the Canyon. They did rappelling and climbing while on site and took a tour to one of the local Rosquilla artisan factories in Somoto. It was an exciting experience to say the least!
